01Neighborhood Overview

Hillside Calm, City Close

Hillcrest rises gently above the river valley on the north side of the metro region. Its winding streets are lined with mature oaks and a mix of mid-century ranches, renovated classics and some of the area’s most striking contemporary homes.

At its heart is the Hillcrest village: a few walkable blocks of cafés, a weekend farmers market, a bookshop and the community green. Trails connect the neighborhood to Hillcrest Park and the ridge overlook, and the rail station puts downtown about twelve minutes away.
